Fresh Furnish ("we") cleans upholstery and rugs in the Seattle area. This page explains what we collect when you use couchcleaningseattle.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your request: first name, phone number, ZIP code, and, if you add them, email, notes, preferred day and time, and photos of your furniture.
• Your order: the pieces you chose and the price shown to you.
• How you found us: ad and campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example utm_source or a Facebook click ID).
• Technical data: your IP address and browser type, used to stop spam.

Photos are resized in your browser before upload, which also removes location data stored in the image.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, confirm the price and schedule the cleaning.
• To contact you about that request by phone, text or WhatsApp.
• To understand which ads and pages bring customers.

We don't sell your information and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare hosts this site and stores requests.
• Telegram delivers new requests to our team's phones.
• Meta (Facebook) may receive ad-measurement events, such as "request sent", if you came from one of our ads.

How long we keep it

Requests are deleted automatically about 13 months after you send them.
